Network Speed Test
By measuring the download and upload rate you are able to accurately measure your current throughput or internet connection speed. Our broadband speed tool is testing the connection from your computer's browser to a server within our datacenter in Ashburn, VA.
Note: This test requires Adobe Flash Software enabled. Most computers will prompt for downloading or enabling these features.
This test is tuned for Internet service plans that are asymmetrical (ie 15Mbps/7Mbps) and under 50Mbps.
Other test servers on the internet, such as speedtest.net or speakeasy.net, are NOT located on BroadAspect's network and therefore reliant on the performance of other provider networks and speed test servers. BroadAspect does not maintain those servers or their networks so speed test results often vary greatly.
