The BroadAspect Alerts Service is a free service that sends email based messages to subscribed users.
By subscribing to the BroadAspect Alerts service, provided by BroadAspect, you agree to the following Terms of Service here in.
Content:
The content contained within the BroadAspect Alerts Service are generated by BroadAspect administrators, technical support or third-party entities working on behalf of BroadAspect.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
BroadAspect Alerts Service disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information displayed in the email or text message. BroadAspect Alerts Service disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, miss-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. BroadAspect Alerts Service cannot guarantee the successful delivery of messages.
Registered User Information:
Registered user information of the BroadAspect Alerts Service will not be sold to third parties. Please note that we reserve the right to transfer your personally identifiable information and other information to our successors in business and purchasers of BroadAspect assets.
Free Service:
BroadAspect Alerts Service is a free service. Users of the service may incur additional charges from third party distribution services such as for text messages that they receive from the service. BroadAspect Alerts Service will not be liable for any charges that users may receive from their cell phone provider or third party provider for receiving messages originating from BroadAspect.
User Verification:
User verification is required before alert messages can be sent. A verification message is sent to the requestor immediately at initial registration that contains a unique confirmation code. This code must be submitted from the message or copied into the alert’s manual confirmation code entry process. Requests not confirmed within 48 hours are deleted from the database.
Length of Subscription:
BroadAspect Alerts Service lasts is indefinite in time. At any time, you can unsubscribe from the BroadAspect Alerts Service on our website or by a link provided within the alert messages.
Bouncing Emails:
In order to provide the best possible service to all of our users, we regularly remove BroadAspect Alerts Service users whose email is regularly rejected, or "bounced". Mail is usually rejected by remote mail servers because the destination email address is no longer valid.
Timely Delivery of Email, Text message, Voice Calls and more:
Sending a wide array of messages can be a complicated process, and there can be many reasons for delayed delivery or even failed delivery. We will do our best to make sure that this does not happen, but we cannot guarantee delivery of messages.
Any and all of these terms may be changed or updated at any time.
